About the academy

We are building people
who happen to play football.

Legacy 11 FC Academy exists to build complete players and better people. The habits a child learns at training outlast every result on the scoreboard.

Our values

Six standards we can be held to

These are printed in every player handbook and reviewed in every end-of-term report.

Respect

For teammates, opponents, officials and the people who make the club run.

Effort

Talent sets the ceiling; effort decides how close a player gets to it.

Ownership

Players carry their own kit, their own data and their own decisions.

Belonging

Every family is known by name. Nobody sits on the edge of this club.

Curiosity

We coach questions, not just patterns. Understanding travels further than drills.

Service

Legacy players give back — to younger squads and to the neighborhood.

Family & community

Legacy Mom & Dad Club

Legacy is for the whole family. Our parent community gives moms, dads and guardians ways to connect, support matchdays and events, contribute ideas, celebrate players and help strengthen the culture around the academy.

Connect

Meet the families on your sideline — before the whistle, not after a season of nodding.

Contribute

Matchdays, events and celebrations run better with parents beside us. Take a shift when it suits your week.

Be heard

Registered families vote in parent polls on the decisions that touch their household.

Taking part is completely optional. No family is required to volunteer, and no child's place or minutes ever depend on it.

Leadership

The people accountable for the standard

Legacy publishes coach profiles only once each coach's biography and certifications have been confirmed in writing. We would rather show nothing than show something invented.

Founder & Head Coach

Armand Vouh — “Coach A”

Legacy 11 FC Academy exists because Coach A wanted a place where young players in Bowie are developed as complete players and better people — not sorted by results.
