The rules we hold
ourselves to.

Every policy carries a version and an effective date. When a policy changes we publish a new version — we never rewrite a document a family has already acknowledged.

Communication Policy

Effective 2026-08-19

Legacy HQ is the primary operational communication platform for the current season.

1. PRIMARY PLATFORM Legacy HQ is Legacy 11 FC Academy's primary operational communication platform for the current season. It carries schedules, weather decisions, game information, RSVP, attendance actions, payments, documents, announcements and emergency notices. 2. EMAIL legacy11academy@gmail.com is used for account, registration and support correspondence. 3. HISTORICAL PLATFORMS Materials issued in earlier seasons may reference other platforms. Those historical documents are preserved unchanged. They do not govern the current season. 4. EXPECTATIONS Families are expected to keep notifications enabled and contact details current so that safety and schedule messages are received.

Private and Specialty Session Policy

Effective 2026-08-19

Separately booked instructional sessions are non-refundable. One reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Legacy-cancelled sessions are rescheduled at no charge or refunded.

1. SCOPE This policy applies to separately booked instructional sessions where it has been configured for the product: private training, virtual one-to-one, goalkeeper training, small-group training and performance sessions. It is not applied automatically to a new product without configuration. 2. NON-REFUNDABLE Private and applicable separately booked instructional sessions are non-refundable. 3. RESCHEDULE One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours notice. 4. LATE CANCELLATION Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice forfeits the session. 5. NO-SHOW A no-show forfeits the session. 6. NO CREDIT No refund or credit is provided for late cancellation or no-show unless Legacy expressly approves an exception. 7. SESSION CANCELLED BY LEGACY (OWNER-APPROVED ADDITION, v1) If Legacy cancels a separately booked instructional session, the family is offered a reschedule at no additional charge or, where applicable, an approved refund. Approved refunds follow the 7-business-day initiation policy. 8. TEAM EVENTS ARE DIFFERENT Academy team practices and games are rescheduled through Legacy operations and the weather policy. The 24-hour private-lesson rule does not apply to team events.

Once the applicable season begins, registration and season fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days.

1. SEASON FEES Once the applicable season begins, registration and season fees are non-refundable. 2. NO REFUND CIRCUMSTANCES No refund is provided for missed practices, missed games, vacation, schedule conflicts, voluntary withdrawal, loss of interest, ordinary attendance issues, or other reasons that are not a Legacy cancellation — subject to any exception expressly approved by Legacy 11 FC Academy and to applicable law. 3. DISCLOSURE These terms are disclosed before payment and registration confirmation. 4. APPROVED REFUND PROCESSING Approved refunds will be initiated by Legacy 11 FC Academy within 7 business days after approval. The time for funds to appear on the original payment method may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution. 5. PROGRAM CANCELLED BY LEGACY Where Legacy cancels an entire program, the approved refund follows the same 7-business-day initiation timeline from the refund approval decision. 6. TEAM DUES Team dues are a separate charge from registration and are governed by the payment policy in force when they are approved and published. 7. SCOPE This policy applies to season registration. Camps, clinics, merchandise and separately booked instructional sessions are governed by their own policies.

Weather and Activity Modification Policy

Effective 2026-08-19

Legacy may modify, shorten, delay, relocate, cancel or reschedule outdoor activity for safety. Weather cancellation does not automatically mean a refund.

1. SAFETY DECISIONS Legacy may modify, shorten, delay, relocate, cancel or reschedule any outdoor activity according to safety and operational policy, including heat, cold, lightning, storms, air quality and field conditions. 2. NOTIFICATION Decisions are published through Legacy HQ. Calendars, RSVP and notifications update automatically when an event changes. 3. RESCHEDULING Where a cancelled practice is rescheduled, the calendar and notifications update automatically. Rescheduling is a team operations decision, not a private-lesson reschedule. 4. REFUNDS A weather cancellation does not automatically create a refund. No cash refund is provided for an individual weather-cancelled team practice unless an approved policy expressly provides one. 5. GAMES League fixtures follow the league's own postponement process in addition to this policy.
