Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your family's information.
Legacy 11 FC Academy collects only the information needed to run the academy safely: family contact details, player details, medical and emergency information, registration and payment records, attendance and development records, and communication history. Private player, medical, family and payment information is never published on this website and is only visible to the family it belongs to and the academy staff who need it to do their job. We do not sell personal data. Photography and video are published only where a family has given media consent, which can be withdrawn at any time from Family HQ. To request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it, contact the academy office.
Website analytics
Legacy records anonymous page views and button clicks on our own servers to see which pages help families and which do not. No names, emails, phone numbers, player details, medical information, message content or payment data are ever recorded, and nothing is shared with advertising networks.
