Fall registration
commit and claim your place
Registering means you are ready to join and want to secure your player's place, subject to capacity and eligibility. No tryout is required first. One registration covers training, matchday, development tracking and Legacy HQ access for the season.
- Step 1
Choose the right program
Every player is placed by age group and stage, not by reputation. If you are unsure which group fits, ask the office — a tryout is optional, never a requirement.
- Age-banded teams across the Fall season
- Girls and boys pathways
- Development pathway spans Under 5 to U18
- Step 2
Create your family account as you register
Account creation happens inside the registration flow, so the registration attaches to the right household. You never have to start over after signing in.
- Guardian identity and contact details
- Player legal name, date of birth and emergency contact
- Allergies and essential safety information
- Step 3
Documents, consents and payment
Registration is complete only when the required information, required documents and consents, and the full season payment are all in — payment alone does not approve a place.
- Proof of age and a current player photo
- Policy, conduct, medical and media consents
- Season dues paid in full — no payment plans
- Step 4
You are in — Family HQ takes over
After confirmation you land in Family HQ with the Welcome Package and Handbook, next steps, and a prompt to enrich your player's Player Card.
- Welcome Package and Handbook inside your account
- Training calendar, venue and team allocation
- Add preferred name, position, goals and fun facts later

Before you commit
Short answers to what families ask most before registering.
What does registering actually mean?
It means you are ready to join and want to secure your player's place for the season, subject to capacity, eligibility and academy review. It is not an enquiry and it is not a tryout.
Does my player have to try out first?
No. A free tryout is an optional way to experience Legacy before deciding — it is never required before registering.
What do I need to have ready?
Guardian contact details, the player's legal name and date of birth, an emergency contact, allergy or medical alerts, proof of age, a current player photo, and your policy, conduct, medical and media consents.
What is included, and what is not?
The seasonal fee covers the program as configured for your group — training and, for league teams, league play. Jerseys and apparel are purchased separately. Tournament entry and participation fees are separate from registration and dues.
When are dues paid, and can I pay in instalments?
Season dues are paid in the first to second week of the season. The dues amount is published and confirmed to your family before any charge is made — nothing is charged at an amount you have not seen first. Legacy does not offer payment plans or instalments.
When is my registration complete?
Only when the required information, the required documents and consents, and the full payment are all satisfied. Payment on its own does not approve a place — the academy still completes a readiness review.
What happens after I register?
You get a confirmation, then Family HQ onboarding. Your Welcome Package and Handbook live inside your account, along with the schedule and next steps.
How do I add my player's profile details?
After registration, Family HQ prompts you to enrich the Player Card — preferred name, photo, position, strengths, goals and fun facts. None of that is asked during registration.
How do I update player information later?
Everything is editable in Family HQ. Safety-critical changes such as medical alerts or emergency contacts are reviewed by the academy office.
Season dues are paid in the first to second week of the season. Legacy does not run payment plans or instalments. Jerseys, apparel and any tournament entry or participation fees are separate from seasonal registration and dues.
