Training

One curriculum.
Three ways to train.

Team training, private sessions and goalkeeper coaching are taught from the same curriculum — so a player moving between them never starts over.

Option 01 · Players in a Fall 2026 squad

Team training

Twice-weekly squad training at Foxhill Park, built around the Legacy curriculum and, for competitive teams, league fixtures.

  • Two sessions a week
  • Same curriculum at every age
  • League play for competitive squads
See programs
Option 02 · Any player, member or not

Private training

One-hour individualized sessions around a single development focus. You set the focus; your coach can add the priority they see in the player's record.

  • Booked around your schedule
  • Private group runs Tue/Thu 5:00–6:00 PM
  • Logged to the player's development record
  • 24 hours' notice to reschedule
See availability and rate
Option 03 · Keepers of every age

Goalkeeper training

Specialist coaching that runs alongside an outfield program, never instead of it: handling, footwork, distribution and decision making under pressure.

  • Position-specific curriculum
  • Trains with their squad too
  • Shared load monitoring

What the coaching actually looks like
